Abstract. The effects of Tytanit treatment on the growth and yield of small-sized tomatoes cv. ‘Picolino F₁’ were studied. The most effective manner was a triple and four times application of Tytanit. Total and marketable yields of fruits were significantly higher.

Summary

The effect of Tytanit application on the growth and yielding of small-sized tomatoes was investigated. The plants were sprayed with Tytanit in concentration 0.03%. Foliar fertilizer Tytanit was applied after planting in the following way: single spraying, double, triple and four times spraying in 10 days intervals. The plants which were triple and four times treated with Tytanit were higher, had thicker stems and more leaves. The treatments significantly increased the yield of fruits. The stimulating influence of Tytanit treatment on fruit setting was also observed. Tomato plants sprayed triple and four times produced the highest number of fruits in clusters.
